For the next meeting we will be joined by Mr Justice Ramsey, one of the Judges in the Technology and Construction Court, who will share a perspective of Mediation from the Bench. Sir Vivian Ramsey has previously worked as both an Engineer and a Barrister, so this promises to be a practical and illumiunating session.
